The Shop

DS Powder Coating has everything in the shop to make your pieces come alive. From sandblasting all the way to wrapping, it will all be done inside of our shop.

Front entrance to the shop. Customers will be able to drop off and pickup from this location.

The cleaning treatment booth is used for every piece that enters our shop. It is a 5 stage cleaning process that is used before getting powdered.

Our spray booth is a (12 X 12 X 20ft) booth. Each piece received is brought in, grounded, and covered completely in powder until ready to be heated.

The final stage is the oven. Every piece that is powdered has to be put into the oven in order for the powder to stick.
